A deduplicated, compressed replica of 256 MiB

The user’s web decision of 2026-10-07:

• Size and storage. The replica holds 256 MiB in total, PROPERLY deduplicated and compressed through the one content-addressing and compression owners, not a second implementation.
• Eviction. Old data is evicted. Data on screen never is.
