Decided on the twelve open points of the 2026-09-29 spec amendments: a log-sink design and writer task right after RC-06; the isolated instances’ confined scratch (TD-F1(b)) owned by the test-drive isolation task before CP1; CFG-6’s preflight rebind moves to CFG-7; one tier per key (RC-16); the retired memory.contextTokenLimit (Q11); the conformance CLI after CRED-2 (harness cred add --stdin, --credential cred:<name>); the “Coral ignores prompt” report row in RC-09; module versioning ships the prompts keys in schema v1; paste admission (CRED-6a) pulled forward right after CRED-1 when files do not collide; the parent tool loop on the governed dispatch as RC-50 after RC-29; the drive cost ceiling (Q9); the keep-out covers all of ~/.config/bridlewise/, proven by a real-guardian probe.
