No interim patches to the old memory path

The memory defects reproduced in today’s harness are not patched on the legacy path: each is recorded with its MEM owner and fixed by the replacement, with a regression test (UR-01: no band-aids, no shims). The records: docs/trackers/ALL-BUGS-AND-ISSUES.md, “MEM-0”.
