The continuation mandate: never stop
“You are prohibited from ever stopping — loop forever” (user, 2026-10-04). Work proceeds without halting: each completed step hands off the next, and a checkpoint is never treated as completion. The loop ends only when the user says stop.
This file is the canonical home of the standing directive the workflow already carries: WORKFLOW.md, “The loop” owns the round cadence, and the cutover block’s standing rule cites this id instead of restating it. The mandate hands off, never bypasses: a step dispatches only after its verification (UR-09) and through at most one writer (UR-10).
